This is a very clean, fresh and zesty wine – full of classic Sauvignon character.
Although Francois Lurton is a famous producer based in Bordeaux, this lovely white wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in various locations all over France. It has a very aromatic and intense nose, with lots of citrus fruits including grapefruit, floral notes and a touch of smoke. This is a very clean, fresh and zesty wine, with a herbaceous character accompanying the citrus fruit notes on the palate.

Produced with the fruit from a 12-hectare estate in Valle del Salnés. 2016 saw a warm summer with some rains that saved the freshness of the vintage, which resulted in a good crop. The nose is very balsamic, redolent of bay leaf with some medicinal notes and aromas of waxy apples. This wine is always clean and focused, and 2016 is no exception.
