2017 Arnaud Lambert Cremant de Loire Rose

Loire Valley,France

Delicate raspberry, wild herbs and chalky minerality come together in this fine, finessed traditional method sparkling wine.  Tiny persistent bubbles not only look gorgeous, but make for a very gentle mousse on the palate.  Elegant acidity brings freshness and carries savory lees-inspired flavors of toast, brioche and biscuit into a long finish.  A blend of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon,  Not only is it certified organic, but it is also fermented with native yeasts, includes no additives or enzymes, and is low in sulfur.

2018 Neboa Albarino

Rias Baixas, Spain

From the hillsides of Condado do Tea including an extraordinary plot with 75 year old vines on slate soils. The cooler, higher elevation gives rise to a fresh, precise expression of Albariño in general and this particular site lends an intense mineral streak through the wine. A floral, blossomy nose with peach and apricot aromas which carry through on the palate with taut structure, complex fresh fruit, understated mid-palate weight, all on a strong backbone of mineral acidity.

This is a actually a reserva level wine, as it was matured for 24 months in seasoned American oak, and then aged for another 24 months in bottle before release. Lots of red berry aromas with fresh and dried flowers, vanilla and cured tobacco. These luscious red fruit flavors are supple and expansive, with a distinctly old-school character on the palate.

2017 Sean Minor Cabernet

North Coast, California

Full bodied and mouthfilling, this generous, ripe, blueberry-scented and black-cherry-flavored wine has lots to like. It’s exuberant in flavor, broad and smooth in texture, and has very light tannins so it seems to melt in the mouth. flavors with suggestions of cedar, mint, spice and savory tobacco. Finely textured tannins linger on a smooth, dry finish.

Pale yellow, steel edges (white gold). Medium intensity aromas. Elegant floral notes wrapped in stone fruit – peach, apricot, golden apple, lemon peel, closed by a shy note of raw almond .Round entrance, medium enveloping body, crispy carbonic texture. In the retro-nasal route citrus memories return, the apple, the almond.
