6-9 Pm No charge for Tastings

2018 Patient Cottat Sancerre

Loire Valley, France

Lemon with golden-green reflections. Complex and intense aromas of acacia blossoms with a Muscat-like nose of passionfruit. the palate is full and fat. Very well balanced. Notes of litchi and a small touch of honey. Richer seafood dishes such as crab cakes or squid in a risotto or squid stewed with red peppers and tomatoes. 91 Pts Wilford Wong

BTG $10.75    Retail $27.99

2018 Left Field Sauvignon Blanc

Nelson, New Zealand

Passionfruit, nectarine and lemongrass parade before the beholder. Gentle scents of green herb and flamboyant tropical fruit arrive on the scene while a light footed streak of crisp vibrancy departs side stage. 91 Pts Decanter

BTG $8.25  Retail $19.99

2017 La Posta Fazzio Malbec

Mendoza, Argentina

Roasted herbs, ink, iodine, chocolate and lots of violets. A bright and racy malbec on the palate with no shortage of dark fruit and ripe tannins, but this is very structured and finishes very savory. 92 Pts James Suckling

BTG $7.25 Retail $15.99

2014 San Felice Chianti Classico Reserva

Tuscany, Italy

Deep ruby red color. The nose is intense and persistent with the typical notes of sweet violet and wild red berries. An austere, full-bodied wine, with succulent tannins and fresh acidity. Enriched with an aromatic complexity that originates from a delicate dosing of wood.

91Pts Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate

BTG $10.00    Retail $24.99

2014 Burgess Cabernet

Napa Valley, California

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep, powerful and intense. Wild cherry, underbrush, gravel, savory herbs, smoke and earthy notes give the 2014 much of its potent, virile profile. There is plenty to look forward to as the 2014 develops in bottle. This is a lovely wine with classically inspired proportions and plenty of structure. 92 Pts Vinous

BTG $13.75  Retail $36.99
