2017 Delaille “Unique” Sauvignon Blanc
Loire Valley, France
This pure Sauvignon saw fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks, and it is released young, still bursting with juicy, citrusy energy and the scent of blossoming flowers. The mouth-wateringly crisp finish is ideal for cleansing the palate after a bite of fresh goat cheese or with a bright seasonal salad.

2013 Bayten “Maximus” Sauvignon Blanc
Coastal Region, South Africa
An alluring white, as the extra bottle age has given this a shortbread luster, while the notes of lemon curd, white peach and wet straw fill out the core. A light whiff of smoke weaves through the finish. Sauvignon Blanc. Maximus has a pale lemon yellow color and a bouquet reminiscent of ripe melons with hints of gooseberries. The wine is dry, full bodied and has a long lingering finish.

Yelca, Spain
65% Monastrel, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Garnacha Tintorera). From U.S. importer Eric Solomon It fermented in concrete vats and open-top barrels and matured in barrique, each variety separately, for some ten months, after which it was blended and bottled. Integrated oak, freshness and balance.
