2016 Belle Glos Los Alturas Pinot Noir
Deep garnet in color with an aromatic medley of black cherry, marionberry, ripe plum and a hint of anise. Dark fruit on the palate with flavors of wild berries, caramelized oak and cacao nibs complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, cedar and a hint of lavender and forest floor. Rich and unrestrained, this wine’s abundant fruit is beautifully balanced by firm acidity and layers of red and black fruit. 92 Pts Wine Advocate

2015 Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet
Sonoma County, California
A deep garnet-purple color and nose of crème de cassis, preserved plums and Christmas cake with hints of mocha, sautéed herbs and sandalwood. Full, rich and spicy in the mouth, it has a plush frame and plenty of open-knit fruit, finishing on a peppery note. 90 Pts Wine Advocate
BTG $10.00 Retail $24.99

NV Stratton Lummis “The Riddler” Lot 6
NAPA VALLEY, California
This wine is a blend of Petit Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Tempranillo Charbono, Zinfandel and Petite Verdot. Kind of wacky but the name is the Riddler. It has a lot of blackberry and blueberry fruit, black licorice spice and a peppery note to the nose. Very fruit forward and drinkable style with and exotic spice to the finish, very puzzling and always a crowd pleaser.
BTG $8.50 Retail $20.99

2014 Shatter Grenache
Languedoc-Roussillon, France
A collaboration between David Phiney and Joel Gott
Aromas of roasted black fruit with hints of anise, black pepper and vanilla. The wine opens with lush flavors of blueberry and plum, leading to sweet notes of dried fruit on the mid-palate and soft tannins which are nicely balanced by bright acidity. The finish is long and concentrated with well-integrated oak. Using older oak barrels alongside new helps to soften and round out the wine’s natural intensity, accentuating the fruit and spice characteristics.
BTG $10.00 Retail $24.99
