2014 Moshin Westside Crossing Pinot Noir

Russian River, California

Westside Crossing is the second label of Rick Moshin, a math professor from San Jose State who founded Moshin Vineyards in 1989. 2015 Garzon Tannat Reserve

Garzón, Uruguay

A juicy, full-bodied wine. Rich purple in colour with very fresh aromas reminiscent of red and black fruits such as plums and raspberries along with a delicate spicy nose. In the mouth, it is presented with a strong personality. Its mature tannins and minerality transform it into a wine with great soil identity.

BTG $7.25 Retail $15.99

2009 Vina Alicia Morena

Mendoza , Argentina

The 2009 Morena is a blend of five clones of Cabernet Sauvignon, two clones of Cabernet Franc, and a bit of Merlot aged for 12 months in French and American oak. It proffers an inviting nose of lightly roasted herbs and spices intermingled with notions of violets, black currants, and blackberry. Elegant on the palate and already displaying complexity, this lengthy effort will continue to develop for several more years and provide prime drinking from 2014 to 2023+. 92 Pts Wine Advocate
