2014 Ch Guirauton Graves Blanc
Bordeaux, France
A traditional blend of about 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Semillon that sees little or no oak. Nicely complex aromas of fresh green grass, lemon and orange citrus, with a hint of wet wool – the classic smell of Semillon. Clean and fresh and very brisk on the palate with the juicy fruit taking center stage up front and then loads of citrus and a bright mineral note emerging on the back.

2013 VAJRA Langhe Rosso
Piemonte, Italy
Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera which blend with small quantities of Albarossa, Freisa and Pinot Noir.
A hue of violet red. Aromas of red fruits, plums, underbrush as well as oral and spicy fragrances intrigue your senses from the very first moment. A nice correspondence on the palate where hints of almond, black pepper and Asian spices come together for a nice refreshing finish.

2013 Henri Bourgeois “Barrones” Sancerre

The lime-green 2013 Sancerre Les Baronnes is a modern classic of the region and a good example to demonstrate the polished aromatic yet authentic, pure and elegant style of Henri Bourgeois’ wines. Sourced from chalky clay soils of the hills separating Sancerre from Chavignol this medium-bodied, juicy yet minerally structured and zesty Sauvignon from 20-to 40-year-old vines offers attractive white fruit flavors intertwined with piquant citrus aromas and dusty chalk flavors. Gran Passione has an intense purple color.
