2014 Jean- Marc Brocard Chablis Ste.-Claire

A textbook flinty aroma gives way to green apple, lemon and mineral flavors in this white, which shows fine depth and richness, offset by vibrant acidity. Excellent length. 91 Pts Wine Spectator 2015 top 100 rank 47

2013 Formation Estate Grown Pinot Noir
Monterey, Ca
Ripe strawberry fruit meets nose-tickling dark spices of clove, allspice and sagebrush on the slightly smoky nose. The palate offers tangy cranberry and an inviting forest-floor element, with juniper sap, black pepper and Indian spices. 89 Pts Wine Enthusiasts
BTG $7.50 Retail $17.99

2012 Michel Gassier Cercius Vieilles Vignes
Southern Rhone, Rhone, France
A joint venture between Gassier, Philippe Cambie, and importer Eric Solomon, the 2012 Cercius Vieilles Vignes is a year in, year out ridiculous value that also drinks well past its humble price point. Comprised of 85% Grenache and 15% Syrah that was aged for 6 months in concrete, it has loads of raspberry, licorice, mineral and Provencal herbs as well as a soft, supple and silky textured feel on the palate. Coming from old Grenache vines (70-90 years in age)– and bottled unfined and unfiltered, it is a quintessential Cotes du Rhone
91 Pts Wine Advocate
BTG $7.00 Retail $16.99

2012 Milbrandt Columbia Valley Traditions Merlot
Washington
Comprised of grapes harvested from Milbrandt’s Wahluke Slope vineyards in the heart of the Columbia Valley. This Merlot is round and rich with classic aromas and flavors of blackberry, plum, hints of mocha and espresso with a touch of savory dried herb. It has a juicy, ripe entry, a soft round fruit-driven palate and a hint of vanilla creme on the finish.
