2014 Domaine Du Salvard Unique Sauvignon Blanc
Loire Valley, France
This wine boasts an incredibly bright personality with zippy, zingy flavors of gooseberry, grass, kiwi and grapefruit that leave your palate thoroughly refreshed and invigorated. 89 Pts Wine Spectator
BTG $6.75 Retail $15.99

2012 Vins El Cep Marques de Gelida Pinot Noir Rose Brut Reserva
Penedes, Spain
A killer value is the 100% Pinot Noir 2012 Marques De Gelida Pinot Noir Rosé Brut Reserva. Unfortunately, there are only 500 cases of it. The wine comes from an 11-acre Pinot Noir vineyard planted in pure limestone and is aged in bottle for a minimum of 24 months before release. Textbook strawberry, cherry and cranberry notes soar from the glass of this elegant, crisp, light-bodied, fashionably
delicate pink wine. Good effervescence and a crisp finish make for an amazing wine for the price.

BTG $8.00 Retail $19.99

2010 Domaine De La Janasse Principauté d’Orange Terre de Bussière
Southern Rhône, France
Vibrant and compact, with a bitter orange peel edge framing the core of cherry compote, raspberry and tobacco notes. Shows good energy through the finish. Defined and lively.89 Pts Robert Parker
BTG 6.25 Retail $13.99

2011 Ascheri Barolo Pisapola
Piedmont, Italy
The 2011 Barolo Pisapola is an impressive wine from the Verduno township that has performed very nicely this vintage. It presents tight and balanced intensity with wild berry aromas, spice, tobacco and licorice. It boasts good outer armor with solid tannins and red berry flavors. There are no visible weak spots and the delivery is smooth and refined. Barolo Pisapola is aged in new and old Slovenian oak.

BTG $11.00 Retail $29.99

2013 Familia Zuccardi Malbec Q
Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina
The 2013 Malbec Q is sourced from La Consulta (Altamira) and Vista Flores. This wine has changed since 2010; now only 30% to 50% of the wine is oaked and the rest is matured in cement vats. The oak is imperceptible, and there are plenty of aromas of violets and blueberries with some aromatic herbs, all fruit. What Sebastian Zuccardi looks for is to have some herbal/countryside aromas and a lively palate with good acidity, which is what you find here. This is really tasty, with a fine, chalky tannin and just plain great. 91 Pts Wine Advocate
BTG $7.50 Retail $17.99
