40% Chardonnay 30% Pinot Noir 30% Pinot Meunier, with 16% Bouzy red wine
A bright and crystal clear, deep salmon pink with light and fleeting coppery highlights. An ample bubble chain, unbroken and long lasting. Fresh, very pure and really elegant, the nose brings out clean, delicate and engaging fragrances of freshly picked red fruits (wild strawberries, raspberries and blackberries). A full, tasty and smooth impact. The mouth reflects great continuity with the fruits unveiled by the nose, developing towards smooth and warm flavors. A clean and long finish enhanced by a floral touch of dried rose petals.

2013 Sauvion Muscadet Sevre Et Maine
Loire Valley, France
Light, easy to drink and thirst quenching, clean and refreshing. Aromas of mint and green apples give way to flavors which are bone dry and snappy. A fruity Muscadet, it shows delicious citrus and green apple freshness. It’s light, clean, totally dry and equally ready to drink. Sauvion are long-time experts in Muscadet, and it shows in this refreshing wine.

2012 Recuerdo Malbec
Mendoza, Argentina
Has a complex bouquet of dried flowers, raspberries, blueberries and sweet vanilla. This pure Malbec from stony and sandy soils is aged in mostly third-use oak barrels with some wine kept in vats in order to preserve the fruit and freshness of the wine. The palate is medium-bodied, with great acidity and freshness, pure, focused flavors and great length. Superb for the price. 90 Pts Wine Advocate

2012 Tom Gore Cabernet
Sonoma, Ca
Tom Gore is a second generation grape farmer from Sonoma County and from the time he learned to walk, he was stomping alongside his dad, getting dirty, and taking care of the grapes. The Cabernet Sauvignon is dark red in color with aromas of currant and plum and wonderful hints of mocha and coffee on the palate. This wine is fruit forward with a supple mouthfeel and medium body.

2013 Divining Rod Divine Red
Lodi, Ca
Zinfandel, Cabernet & Petite Syrah Deep, rich, red color opens with aromas of blackberry, cedar and cinnamon. The blackberry and black pepper flavors are complemented by hints of plum and cassis, giving the wine depth and complexity. New French oak adds a pleasant mouth feel, texture and weight giving the right amount of influence to envelop the wine in a fitting tannic structure and a long finish that preserves the integrity and brightness of the Lodi fruit.

34% Grenache, 33% Syrah, 33% Cinsault, Salmon-colored, Elegant nose with delicate hints of white flowers, small red fruit and citrus zest.

2014 St Supery Sauvignon Blanc
Napa Valley, Ca
Brilliant pale yellow hues are speared with youthful hints of green. Aromas are rich and enticing. Grapefruit, green lime, caper, and citrus tones couple with a vibrant note of lychee. Flavors present incredible intensity of grapefruit, lime and lemon zest, all with a subtle thread of fennel. The 2014 vintage produced a powerful and intense Sauvignon Blanc.

76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Syrah, 7% Merlot, 4% Other. Aromas of black cherry, dark plum, and blackberry jam are elevated with hints of brown sugar, clove and cocoa. The lush fruit continues in the palate, contributing to the round and full mouthfeel. Well integrated oak and sleek tannins lead into a velvety finish with a nice touch of acidity on the end. 2014 Domaine Lafage Novellum Chardonnay
Languedoc Roussillon, France
About one third is aged three months in Burgundian barrels and the rest in stainless-steel tanks, but an interesting twist is that the 70% that was aged in tank was aged on Viognier lees–obviously trying to give it more of a floral character. The wine is just lovely, with plenty of tropical fruit, such as peach, honeysuckle, apricot and pineapple that jump from the glass, which offers clean, fresh acids, a medium-bodied mouthfeel and delicious mineral underpining. This is quite impressive and is an exceptional value. 89 Pts Robert Parker

2014 Le Charmel Rose, Cotes du Provence
Provence, France
From vineyards in the Provencal hillsides near the village of Bandol on the Mediterranean coast. The wine is blended from the prime Provence grape varieties: 30% Syrah, 30% Cinsault, 20% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache, and 10% of the lesser known varietal Rolle, known in Italy as Vermentino. aromas and flavors of raspberries and strawberries that come bursting forth with hints of wild flowers. On the palate, the wine is refreshingly bright and clean, with the berry flavors mingling with pears and a healthy acidity to give it that lovely freshness.
