2009 Graham Beck Brut Rose
South Africa
A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay has a very pale salmon hue. The nose just needs more vigor with hints of orange peel and tangerine in the background. The palate is clean and fresh on the entry with hints of orange peel and tangy marmanlade. 89 Pts Wine Advocate
BTG $8.25 Retail $20.99

2013 MILBRANDT Chardonnay Ancient Lakes Of Columbia Valley The Estates Evergreen Vineyard
Columbia Valley, Washington
Lively, sleek and vibrant, with pear, green pineapple and clotted cream flavors on a supple background. The finish picks up steam, balanced with just enough acidity. 92 Pts Wine Spectator
BTG $8.00 Retail $19.99

2012 Finca Sophenia Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
Tupungato, Mendoza, Argentina
bright ruby-colored, with a clean nose displaying varietal notes of Cabernet, some cedar wood and a chalky feeling. The palate is fresh, with very fine tannins, great purity and length. It has the sophistication of a much more expensive wine. A steal.
91 Pts Wine Advocate
BTG $6.75 Retail $15.99

2012 Hendry Ranch “HRW” Cabernet Sauvignon
Napa, California
Plum, raspberry, red and blackcurrant fruit, in a medium-bodied and elegant, refreshing style. Spicy, berry, cedar and herbal aromas. Blackberry-like fruit on the palate, balanced by the cedary component of moderate oak and enough tannic “grip” to please most Cab lovers. Everything is in good proportions and balance.
BTG $10.50 Retail 27.99

NV Marietta Christo Lot #1
Sonoma/Mendocino, North Coast, California
A new offering from Jake and Scott Bilbros is the non-vintage Christo Lot #1, a Rhône Ranger blend of 69% Syrah, 12% Petite Sirah, 18% Grenache and 1% Viognier. A killer wine, it offers peppery, cured meat, blackberry, black currant and Provençal herb characteristics in its full-bodied, earthy, deep, chewy, powerful personality. It delivers both flavor and value in incredible proportions. 92 Pts Robert Parker
