The Flor is the house Prosecco served in renowned Chef Mario Batali’s restaurants. He and partners Joe Bastianich and Lidia Bastianich created this delicate and fruity Prosecco to serve in restaurants like the revered Del Posto in New York. Flor is a delicate, fragrant, and fresh sparkler full of citrus and stone fruit flavors, with fine bubbles and creamy mousse with little almond bite.

This lovely little Gewurtztraminer is sourced from the Monterey County area, regarded as one of the finiest places for Gewurz in California. The nose shows florals and light citrus in addition to tropical fruit. The palate is rich with rosewater, moderate acidity and ample tropical fruits.

70% San Rafael – 30% Valle de UCO
Bright violet red. The scents are lilac and violet especially with berries. The flavor is sweet, with good acidity, smooth tannins sweet elegant round, red cherry and plum fruit matures. The wood is perfectly giving amalgam vanilla and chocolate flavors
