NV Bodegas Dibon Brut Reserve Cava
Penedes, Spain
The non-vintage Cava Dibon Brut Reserve (lot 111409) is based on the classic Cava grape varieties with a secondary fermentation after 16 months in bottle.
It ‘sbouquet that has pleasant, light floral aromas. The palate has a crisp citric entry with touches of Clementine and grapefruit with fine delineation towards the fresh, apple-y finish. 88 Pts Wine Advocate

2013 La Figuiere Rose
Provence, France
This amazingly fresh, dry Provencal rose is handcrafted from a mix Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, and Cabernet. A harmonious noise with aromas of stone fruit, melon and white blossom. On the palate, the floral hint appears again along with strawberry and raspberry.

2011 Hazana Rioja Tradicion
Rioja Alta, Rioja, Spain
An absolutely mind-blowing value, this blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Graciano comes from 20-40-year-old head-pruned vines and was aged in a combination of American and French oak. Exhibits classic Rioja characteristics of black cherry jam, lead pencil shavings, licorice and tobacco leaf. 2012 Bodegas Rio Madre Rioja
Rioja, Spain
100% graciano; aged in French oak for 11 months): Opaque ruby. Sexy, high-toned cherry and blackcurrant aromas are complicated by notes of Indian spices and fresh rose. Smooth and seamless in texture, offering intense black and blue fruit flavors that become spicier with air. The floral element repeats on the finish, which shows excellent clarity and persistence. 2011 Klein Constantia “Estate” Red Wine

31% cabernet sauvignon, 29% cabernet franc, 22% malbec, 13% shiraz, 5% petit verdot. Intense sweet red fruit with subtle notes of peppery spice and vanilla on the nose. This 2011 Estate red blend is incredibly fruit driven, highlighting the best that Klein Constantia reds have to offer. It has a well-integrated oak component to round off the palate.
