2012 True Myth Chardonnay
Edna Valley
Full-bodied, oaky, tropical. Loaded with crisp flavors of pear, pineapple, light citrus, vanilla bean and sweet oak.
BTG $6.75 Retail $15.99

2011 Piane di Maggio Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC 100% Montepulciano
Abruzzo, Italy
Deep purple-red with violet highlights Refine and complex, it shows blueberry, black licorice and fresh violet flowers Medium to Full-bodied and soft, with good tannins, nice acidity and a long finish
BTG $5.25 Retail $9.99

2010 Bodegas Terra Sigilata Retorno Garnacha
Calatayud, Spain
This wonderfully bright, fresh red is an outrageous bargain! A 100% Garnacha, this wine exhibits jammy red fruits, and sports a nose of fragrant cherries that jump from the glass.
BTG $5.25 Retail $9.99
2010 Annabella #5 Red Blend 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Syrah, 9% Zinfandel, 5% Malbec, 4% Cabernet Franc
2010 Annabella #5 Red Blend 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Syrah, 9% Zinfandel, 5% Malbec, 4% Cabernet Franc
Wonderful depth, ripe fruit upfront, and a long smooth finish. The aromas are intensely concentrated in its fruit aspects
with juicy, over ripe black berry and jammy notes. Medium tannins allow this wine to drink well now, but will improve with future cellaring.
BTG $7.00 Retail $16.99

2011 Domaine Lafage Tessellae Old Vines 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre and 5% Grenache Gris,
Languedoc Roussillon, France
It was aged 12 months in concrete tanks prior to being bottled unfiltered. It boasts an expansive, intense, complex bouquet of garrigue, strawberries and black cherries intermixed with a hint of spring flowers, a velvety texture and a voluptuous mouthfeel. It made me write in my tasting notes that it was a Cote Rotie of the south, although Cote Roties at this price went out of existence about 50 years ago. This beautiful, soft, round, seductive red should drink well for 4-5 years. 93 pts Robert Parker
BTG $6.75 Retail $15.99
