NV CHARLES HEIDSIECK Brut Champagne Réserve
Rich and smoky, offering fine texture and racy acidity with tightly knit flavors of toasted brioche, lemon meringue pie, roasted hazelnut, fresh ginger and ripe black cherry. This shows lovely length and focus. Disgorged in 2011. Drink now through 2020 93 pts Wine Spectator
2010 Cakebread Chardonnay
Boasts an attractive light golden-straw color and fresh, lightly buttery, ripe golden apple, pear and citrus aromas, complemented by seductive vanilla and cinnamon/nutmeg scents from oak aging and subtle yeast tones from lees contact. Lush, concentrated and creamy on the palate, its ripe apple, melon, bright citrus and baking spice flavors culminate in a long, beautifully structured finish boasting crisp acidity and zesty mineral and spice tones. Sumptuous, yet refreshing.
2011 Hahn GSM
Central Coast, California
Few would be disappointed by the complexity and range of subtle flavors in this youngster. Pure, with vivid ripe berry, plum and raspberry, ending with crushed rock. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. 88 pts Wine Spectator

2009 Trivento Golden Reserve Malbec
Intense on the nose, with roiling blackberry, raspberry leaf, Provencal herbs joined by a tang of marmalade that all blossom with aeration. The palate is full-bodied with succulent red cherries, strawberry and blood orange. The definition is outstanding from start to finish, culminating in a refined but intense, opulent finish. Magnificent! Previous vintage 94pts Robert Parker
BTG $9.00 Retail $22.99
2009 Summers Cabernet
The opaque purple-colored 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon offers sweet blueberry and black currant fruit intermixed with cedarwood, damp earth and forest floor notes. Surprisingly thick, unctuous and rich with amazing intensity as well as silky tannins. One of our favorite value wineries whose winemaker, Ignacio Blancas, does a terrific job of getting maximum varietal character from these realistically priced wines. 91 pts Robert Parker
