Mercat Brut Nature
Penedes, Spain
It has a wonderful peachy bouquet that blossoms in the glass with hints of dried apricot and honeysuckle. The palate is very well-balanced with crisp acidity and a fine thread of bitter lemon that lends tension and poise, leading to a very champagnois finish. Robert Parker 91
BTG $6.75 Retail $16.99

2010 Bodegas Eidosela Albarino
Rias Baixas, Spain
Light, bright yellow. Quince, orange and salty minerals on the nose. Light-bodied and juicy, with zesty citrus and orchard fruit flavors braced by tangy acidity. Very fresh and precise.
BTG $6.25 Retail $15.99

2010 La Pergola Monferrato Rosso
Piemonte, Italy
Floral character, its earthy rusticity, and its elegant balance. The blend happens to be a mix of Barbera, Dolcetto, Bonarda, and Freisa.
Grapes ferment in stainless steel. Wine ages for 10 months in stainless steel before bottling
BTG $6.00 Retail $14.99

2010 Chateau Fontanes Coteaux du Languedoc
Languedoc, France
Matured in cement tank and demi-muid. Displaying infectiously, almost explosively fresh, juicy ripe black fruits complimented by rich red-meat stock and liberally laced with saliva-inducing salt, along with resin, brown spices. It finishes with real verve, promising a wine worth following for at least half a dozen years after it is bottled late this year. 91 Robert Parker
BTG $7.50 Retail $18.99

2007 The Verdict Cabernet Sauvignon
Mildura, Australia
30 months French oak. Unfined. Unfiltered. Dark plum color. Ripe berry, vanilla, and leather. Soft and rich on the palate with flavors of velvety cherry, and black fruit. Hints of licorice and mint.
BTG $9.50 Retail $24.99
