Tucher Helles Hefe Weizen
The body, which is an attractive cloudy banana peel color. The frothy head does stay up well. Full of aroma, this hefeweizen is loaded with lemon, clove, bubblegum, and banana bread. Bakery in a glass. Bring on the lemon, banana bread, slap of alcohol, and cloves. There’s some phenolic activity in there. It’s light-medium bodied with modest crispness. Rich and creamy, soft and sudsy. Incredible mouth feel, especially at the 45-50 degrees
