No charge for tastings
Cantine del Taburno Falanghina, 2010
Pretty white with a nice mixture of minerality and white fruit on the nose. The distinct mix of sugarfied candy and subtle vegetal notes. On the palate, the acidity clashes nicely with the dense deep honey dew flavoring. Nice green fruit and vegetables collide to make a perfect interracial marriage with a nice solid finish.
88 Points Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate June, 2011
BTG 6.25 Retail $15.99

Burgans Albariño, 2010
Pale yellow with notes of lemon, peach and tropical fruit aromas. Round, ripe and savory with a slightly exotic personality. It’s nicely textured and over-delivers in the finish. Excellent minerality.
90 Points Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate# 195 June, 2011
BTG $6.75 Retail $16.99

Schug Carneros Estate Pinot Noir , 2009
With a bite of acidity and noticeable tannins, this Pinot Noir has earth, herb and tobacco flavors alongside the tart cherry candy ones.
It’s very dry, with a silky mouth feel. Straddles the border between rustic and chic.
BTG $ 9.00 Retail $22.99

Bodegas Obalo Obalo Crianza, 2008
The 2008 Crianza gives up a toasty nose with notes of leather, incense, violets, and blackberry. Structured on the palate with excellent grip and length.

BTG $7.75 Retail $19.99

Domaine Roche Côtes du Rhône-Villages Cairanne, 2009
Ripe and rounded, boasting a very juicy core of violet, plum and boysenberry fruit enlivened with a hint of pastis. The nicely grippy finish is fleshy and integrated, with a lingering hint of blueberry fruit for added complexity.
