St Clement Napa Valley Chardonnay, 2008
This Chardonnay is barrel fermented in 30 percent new French oak, and approximately 85 percent of the blend through malolactic fermentation. The finished wine shows luscious aromas of ripe red apple, cantaloupe, fresh citrus and vanilla bean. On the palate, a creamy mouth feel introduces flavors of honeydew, pear tart tatin, lime zest and vanilla spice. The wine finishes with vibrant acidity and a touch of minerality.

Etude Pinot Noir, 2008
True ruby in color, the 2008 Pinot Noir bottling offers aromas of strawberries and sous bois mingled with aromatic woods. Hints of sandalwood and cedar on the nose are followed by elegant fruit flavor on the palate. Berry, plum and a cherry core introduce the wine. The saturated cherry and comfitures notes are rounded out by brown spice, clove and oak toast on the finish. A lushness arises from the warmer growing season, creating a lively and defined Pinot Noir with freshness and length.

Stickybeak Cabernet Sauvignon, 2009
The aromas are perfumed violets, blackberries, dark cherries and cedar spice. Bortolotti Prosecco Brut, NV
Prosecco, 85 -90%, Chardonnay – 10-15%
It’s a clear, light straw-color wine with a greenish hue and a persistent stream of bubbles. Its aromas are light and fresh, fresh apples and citrus. On the palate it’s crisp and dry, gently tart lime and green-apple flavors with a refreshing note of prickly carbonation, trailing off to a clean, dry citric snap in the finish.

50% Muscat d’Alexandria, 20% Muscat Frontignan, 25% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Gewurztraminer
Gramona Gessami is a beautifully aromatic white wine gem from the Penedes region of northeast Spain; is bright straw-yellow in color with a wonderfully aromatic nose of apricots, pears, citrus, jasmine and mineral notes. Scharffenberger Brut, NV
The wine is approximately two-thirds Chardonnay and one-third Pinot Noir from Mendocino County. The full malolactic style adds a vanilla cream character, producing a round and full-bodied wine. After approximately two years on the yeast lees, there are notes of freshly baked bread and pastry that enhance the more fruit-forward style of the wine. Finally, after several months on the cork the wine develops caramel and hazelnut complexity.

Schramsberg Mirabelle Brut, MV
55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir
Mirabelle is Schramsberg’s multi-vintage brut sparkling wine. This young, bright bubbly, principally comprised of Chardonnay, exhibits the crisp acidity and vibrant green apple, citrus fruit that is characteristic of this grape when grown in the North Coast. Pinot Noir adds body, mid-palate and further depth of fruit flavor. Unlike a vintage bottling, Mirabelle gains unique depth from the additions of lots aged in barrels and tanks at the winery from prior vintages. These older base-wine lots, which typically form up to 20% of the finished blend, add significant palate richness and aromatic complexity.

Forefront Pinot Noir, 2010
Sourced from diverse vineyards located on the Central Coast of California, the defining characteristic is coastal influence. The San Luis Obispo County grapes provide a base of dense, black fruit and spice notes, due to rich soils and a long growing season. Santa Barbara County, with its marine soils and warmer climate, adds bright, lifted red cranberry and strawberry. The small amount of Sonoma County adds an interesting counterpoint of varietal earthy undertones.

The 2008 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a deep burgundy color with intense aromas of blackberry, licorice, cedar and hints of dried herbs. This 2010 vintage has aromas of a briar patch on a hot summer day carry over to the palate and are carried in a mouth-filling, flavorful, juicy package. The wine was crafted for immediate enjoyment but for those who enjoy a more complex wine displaying some bottle-aged character, aging for another two to three years is a good option.
