Elsa Bianchi Torrentes, 2009
Torrontes is a wine of pleasing fruit intensity both in the nose and on the palate. Well-integrated scents of grapefruit, spice, orange blossom and apple are apparent. On the palate, one immediately enjoys the crisp, refreshing mouth feel with flavors similar to the aromas and a clean, bright finish.
BTG $ 5.00 Retail $10.99

Acrobat Pinot Gris, 2010
The color is pale straw with golden highlights. The nose finds fresh pear and honeydew melon with flavors of mandarin orange, lemon, kiwi, pear and spice. A round entry on the palate with nice balance between acidity and residual sugar. A clean, refreshing finish.
BTG $ 5.75 Retail $13.99
Swanson Merlot, 2007
80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2007 Swanson Oakville Merlot is a very tightly-focused ode to the wines of the Right Bank of Bordeaux. The nose offers mocha and black cherry. Firm, sweet, silky tannins give away the fact that this wine is from Oakville. Raspberry, black cherry and red licorice contribute to the complex flavors.
BTG $ 11.00 Retail $29.99

Project Paso Cabernet Sauvignon, 2009
The nose is multi-layered, with wild, dusty blackberry, hints of jalapeƱo, leather, and dried mushrooms from Paso’s rich, red soils. On the palate, flavors of black cherry, dark plum, and cinnamon-spiked strawberry preserves come together with integrated, mouth-watering acidity. Small amounts of Petite Sirah and Grenache, two other full-bodied red varietals that thrive in Paso Robles, are blended into this wine, adding to the rustic body and earthy flavors. Medium-bodied with moderate tannins, the finish lingers with cherry, tobacco leaf and cedar notes.
BTG $ 5.50 Retail $12.99

Candor Zinfandel, Lot 3
Candor Lot 3 is a blend of the 2008, 2009 and 2010 vintages from the Paso Robles and Lodi appellation it exhibits berry flavors, with licorice and vanilla on the nose. The initial impressions of bright red fruit (strawberry and cherry) integrate well with silky tannins and lead to a lush and full mouth-feel. Toasty spice, pepper and a signature zing of acidity are the highlights of a long finish.
