St. Supéry Sauvignon Blanc, 2009
100 % Sauvignon Blanc
This exotic wine presents with lovely pale hues of yellow pierced by youthful hints of green. Aromas of pink grapefruit and green lime explode from the glass with a citrus vibrancy complimented by a hint of caper and fennel. Flavors follow with the same grapefruit and lime focus, a full rich flavor and a crisp twist of lemon zest to finish. This is an exceptionally exciting wine.
BTG $ 6.25 Retail $15.99

Pillar Box Padthaway White, 2008
67% Sauv Blanc, 28% Verdelho and 5% Chardonnay.
The Sauvignon Blanc from the Henry’s Drive vineyards was of extremely high quality in 2008 – it greatly contributes to the fresh lively aromas of limes, grapefruit, kiwi fruit, spicy fennel and a touch of grassiness found in the 2008 Pillar Box White. The Verdelho expresses itself through a little pineapple and lychee fruit, as well as textural complexity on the palate, while the Chardonnay impacts on palate weight and the overall smoothness of the wine. The palate displays characteristic Sauvignon Blanc crispness and flinty mineral acidity, an attractive depth of fruit flavor and a persistent finish.
BTG $ 5.25 Retail $11..99
ZD Cabernet Sauvignon, 2008
Wonderful aromas of blackberry and cassis with hints of clove and sweet vanilla are inviting. The palate is full and rich; packed with ripe dark berry and plum flavors rounded out by a nice long finish. It is drinking beautifully now, and will continue to develop complexity.
BTG $ 12.25 Retail $32.99

Bleasdale Langhorne Crossing Red, 2008
A Shiraz/Merlot blend, the result is a smooth easy drinking red with vibrant red berry aromas that complement the spicy notes which are apparent on the palate.
BTG $ 5.50 Retail $12.99

Tedeschi San Rocco Valpolicella Ripasso Superiori, 2008
“The 2008 Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso Capitel San Rocco possesses a touch more sweetness and roundness than the Capitel dei Nicalo tasted alongside it. Fragrant dark cherries, tobacco, earthiness and rosemary are some of the nuances that linger on the close. The finish retains an element of vibrancy and freshness that is quite attractive.”
90 Points Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
