Five generations of the Delaille family have tended the land and produced the wines of Domaine du Salvard.  Their estate, located in the upper Loire Valley commune of Cheverny. “Unique”, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, forgoes the “Cheverny AOC” labeling (for which 20-35% must be Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc or Arbois) to remain a bright and lively example of this commune’s most cherished varietal.

Winegrowers have worked this idyllic swath of land since the Romans first planted vines on the site of Domaine de Fontsainte, located in the Languedoc appellation of Corbières. The last four centuries of winemaking at the domaine can be attributed to current vigneron, Bruno Laboucarié’s family. The vineyards are sustainably farmed in an area known as the “Golden Crescent”, where vines thrive in the south-southeast exposure, and the cool sea breezes of the Mediterranean help the fruit retain its natural, balancing acidity.

EVODIA is an exciting new project in the Denominacion de Origen Calatayud, hailed as one of Spain’s most progressive and promising wine growing regions. Calatayud is distinguished by its prevalence of high elevation vineyards planted to the Garnacha variety These vineyards were ferreted out by the amazingly talented team behind Altovinum – Eric Solomon, Jean Marc Lafage and Yolanda Diaz.

To the south of both Minho and Trás-os-Montes lies the region of Beiras, stretching the full width of Portugal. Beiras is home to the more well-known DOCs of Bairrada and Dão, Aveleda is located in the Bairrada  where it produces it’s grand follies wines. In Architectural standards, a Folly means a decorative structure, with no particular use, eccentric and symbolic erected by someone who nourishes a particular taste for turning his/her dream into reality. An example of pure art, with no criticism from others and that Aveleda is proud to own. The creation of this brand is the result of a long term partnership between Aveleda and Professor Denis Dubourdieu, the famous producer from Université de Bordeaux

Trinitas Cellars is a small winery based in Napa Valley that still today is owned and operated by the Busch family, Tim and Steph and their children Garrett and Kenzie. Trinitas sources a broad range of varietals from the regions where climate and soil conditions are most favorable for each specific varietal. El Dorado Old Vine Zinfandel came from one of the oldest vineyards in the Sierra Foothills.
