The 2009 HALL Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc balances expressively ripe fruit with bright, buoyant acidity.  The backbone of this lusty wine hails from a vineyard partner in the cool region of Yountville and delivers ripe vibrant citrus flavors.          91 Points –, Wine & Spirits

Michel Picard Vouvray, 2008

100% Chenin Blanc

Off-dry in sweetness, this Chenin Blanc has freshness on the palate with hints of apricot and stone fruit. Its hint of sweetness is counterbalanced by a high level of acidity making this a wine that is round and fresh easy to drink.

Clos de los Siete Red Wine, 2008

The 2008 is a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Petite Verdot

Dark garnet in color, this wine smells of cassis and well oiled leather. In the mouth aggressive tannins wrap the tongue in a leathery fist while flavors of wet dirt, cassis, and dried black cherries fuse into a rich mulch of tastiness. 89 Points, International Wine Cellars

BTG $8.00                                      Retail $20.99

Robert Oatley Shiraz, 2007

100% Shiraz, 100% Mudgee, Australia

Robert Oatley Shiraz delivers the generosity we’ve come to expect from this grape – flavors of juicy red berries and a touch of spice, wrapped in gentle tannins. 88 Points, International Wine Cellars

Pezzi King Vineyards Old Vine Zinfandel, 2008

100 % Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma

The 2007 Old Vine Zinfandel has concentrated dark fruit aromas of jammy black cherry and cassis along with spicy notes of white pepper and truffle laced with vanilla. This full figured wine is big, ripe and expressive. Soft tannins, warm notes of caramel, melts in your mouth for a long, lusty finish.
