Hollywood Vine is kicking off 2011 with an invitation to our loyal customers who are seeking a better understanding of fine wine in a comfortable, welcoming environment. On Saturday, January 22nd from 3-5pm we will be welcoming an old friend and self proclaimed Franco-phile, Tal Cohen to conduct a training session and “deconstruction” of French wine without boundaries. Among the subjects covered will be everything from properly reading a French wine label and deductive tasting to food pairing and historical influences around the world. Certainly any fan of wine will benefit from Tal’s very unique perspective regardless of your experience.

We will be limiting attendance  in order to be able to have sufficient time and space to taste and discuss these extraordinarily unique wines so please sign up promptly to reserve your spot. The tasting will be $30 per person and a credit card number will be necessary to secure your spot so many of you will want to call the store directly for security purposes.

This is the first in a planned series of events so please feel free to make suggestions if there is another region you would like to learn about and we can start compiling our list of attendees.
